WORKSHOP DINNER SERIES

Chef Scott Carsberg

On Saturday, July 13th, join us at Atelier Freewater in Milton Freewater, Oregon (the southern part of the Walla Walla Valley) for an incredible opportunity to experience the James Beard Award Winning minimalist cuisine of the incomparable Chef Scott Carsberg. Chef Carsberg will create a five-course dinner, which will be paired with carefully curated wine selections by Winemaker Todd Alexander. This is a not-to-miss culinary immersion, and seating is extremely limited. July 13th, 2024.

“Scott Carsberg is like an alchemist, selecting fresh ingredients that he dresses up in a highly personal and unconventional way. Acclaimed by The New York Times as best chef in Seattle and considered a genius by others and one of the best chefs in Northern America, Chef Carsberg may sometimes be misunderstood by his peers and food columnists.” – Soon Magazine
